Musing Mondays (12th Oct.)

Musing Mondays is a meme over at the blog called A Daily Rhythm by Jenn, which has a whole lot of options regarding your bookish activities during the previous and coming up week and are as follows :

  • I’m currently reading…
  • Up next I think I’ll read…
  • I bought the following book(s) in the past week…
  • I’m super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
  • I’m really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
  • I can’t wait to get a copy of…
  • I wish I could read ___, but…
  • I blogged about ____ this past week

So, during the past few weeks of my disappearance I have received the following books from Bloomsbury India :

PicMonkey Collage

  1. Fearless by Marianne Curley – A fantasy story which was totally up mu alley with angels and demons and bad guys and kidnapped princesses.
  2. For Love and Honour by Anand Ranganathan – The story of an invalidated army officer as he looks to build a life outside the structured regimen of the army.
  3. Fuzzy Mud by Louis Sachar – A deliciously horrifying young adult story.
  4. Concentr8 by William Sutcliffe – A story set in contemporary London dealing with some very disturbed teenagers.

I have already read them all and neatly reviewed them in my mind and just have to now solidify them on the blog this week. That still leaves me with a few books from the last lot to read and write about, but lets not get over-ambitious just as I am coming out of the ‘slump’.
